- We love adding chia gel to our quick breads, as it’s an easy and sneaky way to get more omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, and fiber in your diet. You (and your family) won’t even notice it! To make chia gel: Mix 2 Tbsp Bob’s Red Mill organic chia seeds with 4 Tbsp water. Let sit for 10 minutes.
